I ordered 5 packs but received 3 packs. This annoys me a lot as I paid for 5 packs because I have 5 animals that I need to turn on the light. Sent a message regarding this and received no response. It would be easy to just send the other 2. I don't feel the need to start a refund and suffer. Quality wise it's good for the price, they work well, there's a flash, blink and steady light. Fits three dog collars I could put on.
