When I stumbled across SHUKAN's online store while looking for necessities for the home and kitchen, I immediately had high expectations for the company. Unfortunately, my time spent with the business did not live up to my expectations. Although it is simple to get around on their website, the actual products they sell are of poor quality. Not only were the items I purchased poorly made, but they also did not perform the way they were described in the advertisement. In addition, the prices are not reasonable when considering the poor quality of the products that are offered. Because shipping was so sluggish and the products were inadequately packaged, some of the items were broken when they were delivered. When I attempted to get in touch with their customer service to find a solution to the problem, I was met with a response that was both unhelpful and painfully slow. On the whole, I am unable to endorse SHUKAN based on my personal experiences. It is recommended that you seek elsewhere for the necessities for your home and kitchen if you are searching for items of a superior quality.
