I really like this portable desk. It's a good size for my 16-inch MacBook Pro, but still leaves room for a mouse if I decide to use one. The material used in the construction has some disadvantages. First, it's heavier than expected for a desktop computer. Second, there is no padding on the underside so you will need a lap pad in front of the lap table as it is very stiff. I've seen some models with a gel pad on the bottom of the table, if you prefer that route you can. However, this table is good as it lays flat on the surface due to the lack of a cushion. It all comes down to personal preference.
