Review: PRIESSEI: Promising Mission, Unsatisfactory Execution Despite PRIESSEI's commendable goal of making fashion affordable for everyone, regardless of their means, my interactions with the business have been negative. I was disappointed by the small number of reasonably priced options and the subpar quality of the clothing I got.
The website was challenging to use, and the search feature frequently produced useless results. The lengthy load times and perplexing stages of the checkout process made it frustrating. Additionally, when I contacted customer support to voice my concerns, I discovered that they were unhelpful and unresponsive. Furthermore, I was hit with unforeseen fees and charges that were not made explicit during the checkout process, and the shipping and return policies were not transparent. The items I ordered came in bad shape, and returning them was difficult. Overall, even though I respect PRIESSEI's goal, I think their execution could be better. Shopping was disappointing due to the small variety, low quality goods, unhelpful customer service, and unclear website. To anyone seeking for a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience, I would not suggest PRIESSEI.
