Easy access from anywhere in our organization - no need for VPNs or other security issues like they used to have with email! The ability of searching through emails quickly without having them all open at once was great too (and still available). I wish there were some way we could easily move files between folders/files but this isn't possible unfortunately so it's something you just learn how to do manually now instead which gets tedious after awhile especially if you're doing multiple things simultaneously. We've been using noodle since about mid-2016 when everyone had their own personal inboxes as well as shared calendars etc. It made communication much easier across departments because everything would always show up right where people expected it even though sometimes those expectations may not match what actually happened due to someone else editing out information later down the line.
