Review on Piper Counter Height Backless Leather by Brittany Reed

*Edited: I originally gave 3 stars but my husband bought upholstery cleaner and now everything is fine (but no, thanks to the company's customer service) but we still liked the chair, use it every day. The durable saddle has soft padding that you can sit on for a long time. Overall the chairs were great as we love the color of the wood and the saddle is a lovely color to match our decor. However, one of the chair upholstery is "damaged" as it has some sort of fingerprints on it as shown in the picture. According to the instructions, I contacted the manufacturer. I gave 3 stars for damage and poor customer service, called them and didn't even ask what the problem was just said to wait for the email and the person hung up. Then when they got an email they said to contact Revain, but the Revain website says to contact the manufacturer if parts need replacing. Good product but bad service.
