Every 5 minutes the printer pulls the label out of the guide

Every 5 minutes when the printer is not in use the printer pulls the label back a bit and gets confused as to where to print the next one. You must press the feed button before printing, otherwise the 1st label will be printed halfway through the label. Contacted support and they were completely useless. Will be returning this product. It's a shame because it looks pretty cool and the print quality is good. Support didn't seem to care about my issue.
