Review on 🏡 Charming Arts & Crafts Cottage Oak Night Stand - Home Styles by Angie Hernandez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not “too hot”, not “too cold”, but also not “just right”.

Previous reviews of these bedside tables have shown that some people have received better quality products than others. Not sure which one I got, but there seems to be a real tree here and there. The side walls are made of plywood. The bottom of the drawer and the back of the stand are VERY thin plywood. The extendable tray is made of MDF with a strange black material on the top. The sides and back of the drawer are made of very light plywood. The top, base, legs, and front of the drawer appear to be made from some sort of real wood, although I can't tell what kind of wood it is. Assembly was easy, but the main issue I had was the terrible cam locks that held most of the stand together. I associate these things with the cheap chipboard furniture you can find at Walmart. These clasps were my biggest disappointment. I would say these stands are comparable to what you can find at Ashley's Furniture or maybe Furniture Row. They won't be passed down from generation to generation, of course, but they will be enough for us. I gave this product an average rating because it is an average product. If you want really high-quality furniture, you have to dig into your pockets for it. They were worth the money I spent on them.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Hard to say
