Review on Jack Dakota Womens Leopard Skirt by Christin Williams

I thought this skirt would be a little tight in the waist for this size, but I managed. For the record, I weigh 145-150 pounds and usually wear 6-8 and have ordered 8. However, as I was walking along, my friend noticed that my skirt had a huge tear right under my heel in the middle of the fabric (not also near the seam). I didn't hear a crack or do anything where I expected a crack so I was shocked. This was my second time wearing a skirt so for almost $70 I was expecting much better quality. Very disappointed as there is nothing I can do to fix this as it is in the middle of the fabric.
