
damaged during manufacture and not working. I called customer service using the phone number on the small card in the package and was surprised to actually speak to a live person. I told her about the problem with the bulb and she gave me her email address and asked me to send her a photo of the problem and my address so she could send a replacement bulb. I sent an email and a week later a new lamp arrived. Excellent customer service!
