Bl'eau Glacial Mineral Toner is a lightweight, clear cooling water cleaner made in Canada. It comes in a white and blue 3.9 ounce glass bottle with a screw cap. It has a flavor that I can only describe as an attempt to capture glacial seawater and minerals and combine them with sugar maple. Not strong or uncomfortable, but unnecessary. When I apply it to my skin it has a cool feel and is very soothing and moisturizing. I don't feel sticky, greasy or sticky after using it. Not sure if this will prevent fine lines and wrinkles, but it will help enhance the benefits of your other moisture-focused products and give you a good base for the rest of your skincare routine - like most toners. I would advise using a good moisturizer with it even if you have oily or acne prone skin. To further enhance the benefits of hydration for your skin's moisture barrier. A nod to the pricier side, this sparkling water tonic costs $39 in my opinion at the time of writing this article. Is it worth? It's difficult to say. I like the use and performance, but it's not exceptional and I didn't have the wow factor. It is mild, pleasant to use and does not burn, redden or irritate my mature, sensitive skin. And it seems to blend well with the rest of my skincare products without causing stickiness or pilling. There is nothing in it that I would call a filler or essential oils. Contains tripeptides and selected plant extracts suitable for the skin. So I'm on the brink. Not bad overall, but not wow, should I get mine again and stockpile forever. If you know what I mean?
