As other reviewers have said, there are some major issues: My problem is that even though I took the advice and went to the THULE website, I asked about the size had no way of checking these things could fit my tires. The chains are too small. The instructions are cryptic and terrible. I can handle tools and chains. The very nice bag they come in is a bit small and ours had the zip broken right out of the box so you can't close the bag. Instead of struggling with a larger size I get a different product for 1/3 the price. After reading about similar problems and the number of people who have fallen, I don't want to take any chances. They are going back.
