I am 5,7, 260 pounds, 42DDD breast size. I normally wear 2X on plus size clothing. I order the 6X per reviews. I fits fine it did not cover completely on back but it was not too wide either it comes with fabric extension on the back that was very nice. I gave 4 stars because the breast area does not have any support If they have a little big of foam or push up or a wired system it will be great. If you have large boods the Brest area will not hold very well but I was able to add an extra strain to tide it up higher in the back. Otherwise I am happy with this.
