Whether this case gets 1 star or 5 stars depends on how you use it. I keep it in my breast pocket every waking minute to keep my glasses handy. Today, after 3 months of ownership, the spring burst and ended his life. I will say that in this short life I have had to sweat. I'm pretty sure if he wasn't so stressed out by what I have in my bag on the weekends doing chores around the house he probably would still be working just fine. If you're looking for a great case that will protect your glasses in all circumstances, then you've come to the right place. Subjecting it to a lot of knocks and bumps will take you 4 to survive the year. I just ordered a replacement, that says a lot about how good it is. I wish it could last a little longer but my glasses didn't crack the case so it did the job. Just not long enough to be a 5 star product.
