This toilet brush has a silicone head, no bristles. They are less abrasive than bristles and seem to work too. I am particularly pleased that the brush head is smaller than the holder opening. This results in a much more hygienic experience. (I've bought brushes where the head shrinks as it goes into the holder and then explodes as you pull it out. Bad thing.) The handle is longer than many toilet brushes. It's good too. You have to twist the handle (it comes in two pieces) and then screw it onto the brush head. But that's an easy task. You can wall mount it, but unless you're in an institution I can't see why you would need it. For home use, it balances perfectly on the floor. The design is simple and unobtrusive. I don't want anyone to stop to admire my toilet brush.
