I typically wear a 34B on the tightest notch. I was tired of the gaps and discomfort of regular bras. I ordered a M in these and the material is very comfortable. The band is a tiny bit too big, but not enough to warrant a return. I ordered a set of Small as well just to have both options. My primary issue is the triangles are a little small and far apart. I have little breasts but one of them falls out when I bend over, lol! I took the padding out and it helped a little but still happens. They are still better than my old bras. They don’t squish your chest like so many do. I like how I look in shirts, and I don’t rush to take my bra off as soon as I get home! I’ll keep buying for sure.
