Thunderbolt Dock works but does not come with the correct power supply (135W). If you are powering your laptop through a Thunderbolt connection, you will need a 135W+ power adapter. Without this, the BIOS will fail to boot on power failure, so you need to open the laptop and avoid the laptop mouse/keyboard error. Luckily I had an optional Dell 220w AC adapter which solved the problem but it's annoying to have to fix the problem right away.
