Excellent belt. Super comfortable for everyday wear and easy to adjust while wearing. I had abdominal surgery and sometimes I need to loosen or tighten the belt during the day. This strap makes it easy to do it with one hand. I also read another review that said they use it as a weight belt for scuba diving. It works great for that too! The metal-free buckle makes it well suited for this purpose.
