They do what I want. I screwed them onto the board and placed my 60 pound computer on top. Now he turns. If the wheels are locked, it won't roll. Excellent. The only reason I am deducting a star is that the lock works fine on one wheel but not so well on the other wheel. However, it still works fine. In my opinion they are a bit more expensive for this quality but there aren't many options I could find. I would still buy them again if I needed more.
