Velcro is sewn in the wrong place

Everything is fine BUT: the Velcro is not sewn in correctly. It should extend down the back to utilize the full length and support the weight. You need to wrap it under and around. But any significant weight will cause the velcro to fall off and loosen. The manufacturer should change the design of this thing and that would be great.
