First, this product really works if you follow the directions on the box. It will take some time, but follow the instructions. I was in pain and numbness but felt relieved after using this product for a month. The only downside to this product is the pump. I noticed that it started to fail about 2 weeks after using it. I ended up buying a cheap blood pressure cuff, removing the pump from that cuff and installing it on this c-trac unit. If it had an improved pump I would give it 5 stars.
