The strapping kit that came with the package didn't come with instructions but I was able to find them online. This is definitely a heavy duty set and looks like it will get lots of use and continue to perform. So far I've used it to seal shipping boxes and tie heavy sets of shipping blocks. I once had some straps with some kind of plastic snap that worked wonders for a big move and I hung them up to reuse. This set is much more "professional" and comfortable.
