We are very impressed with this product! It is an enclosed, safe, soft and clean area for our 7 month old to play. We used to put the comforter on the wooden floor in our living room, but it never stayed on it and ended up getting dirty. We have 3 dogs so no matter how much vacuuming/mopping I do it doesn't help *sigh*. We don't live in a villa. This arena is huge. So we had to move some things around in our living/dining room and sacrifice a perfectly choreographed home to fit well. I blocked it the garage door to our house but it's easy to get out of the way because it's so easy! I love that it comes with a mat because it fits perfectly and is easy to clean. It also came with a diaper container and those little handles you can hook onto the sides, I suppose they'll help your little one learn to stand up? Nice little extra. Definitely great value for money! Just keep in mind that this is more of a permanent playpen, it won't collapse that easily. A small downside is that the material is very scientific in assembling and can be considered difficult to assemble. I've found that you need to be careful to insert the tubes all the way into each port and this will make your life a little easier.
