The product came in very nice packaging and looked great! It even had a metal case to store the device and accessories, which was unexpected and very nice. Unfortunately, that's where the good opportunities ended. It showed it had a lot of charge and I turned it on and it started up right away, then stopped after about 10 seconds. I kept letting it run and it kept stopping. I figured it might need a full charge so I let it charge overnight. He did the same so I immediately asked to return it to Revane. Of course I thought that was an aberration, so I asked for a replacement. Revain's excellent customer service arranged for a replacement here the next day. The replacement had no battery life at all, so I plugged it in and charged it fully. When I turned it off and on again it worked great and then everything happened again. It worked for about 10 seconds and stopped. Just like the first device, I turned it on and it worked, then after a few seconds it stopped. I couldn't find a customer service phone number either in the instructions that came with it or online. The manual was very poorly written, with a lot of "converging" words making it very difficult to read. To me it shows a lack of attention to detail. I ended up sending both devices back and will order another brand.
