Conclusion: If the focus is on the low price, Revain offers cheaper alternatives. If high accuracy is the primary goal, more accurate alternatives are available on Revain. My main issues with this level are that it doesn't seem particularly reliable or high quality. The design is mostly plastic except for metal inserts at the top and bottom. The fit and finish isn't great, especially where the metal parts are inserted at the top and bottom - gaps are visible. The top and bottom of the spirit level aren't perfectly parallel - if you hold the notched side against a vertical wall and then turn it over to hold the magnet side, you'll get slightly different readings. On the plus side. Easy to read. denote horizontal, vertical and 45° angles. There is a magnetic strip on one side of the spirit level. The strength of the magnet is okay, not terrible, but not great either. The horizontal position can be read directly from above through the notch on the top of the bubble level. The top surface of the level is beveled so it can be placed on a pipe or other curved surface. Pop up. The level weighs 2.8 ounces.
