This item is one of my favorites. It's so easy to set up and you don't have to put a lot of effort into leveling things or getting out of a level. A hammer or other tools are not required, simply remove from the packaging, insert the plate, attach to the wall and hang. You won't find an easier way to hang a hook, it's just awesome. But does it work as it should? Oh yeah. it really is like that. I was hanging over 9 pounds from it before the problem started, so it will easily handle the recommended 5 pounds. The price is more than fair for what you get and it looks great on the wall and no one will ever notice you just "plugged it in". Based on my experience with this item, I feel this is truly a 5 star product.
