This is a well made hat. It was a little snug at first but loosened up a bit after wearing it a few times. Very warm and perfect for Chicago winter. The face mask is a huge plus for shoveling snow or walking outside with the wind. The added chin strap makes sure it doesn't blow away and is easy to flip the ear flaps up when you go inside. I would definitely recommend this hat to anyone. The top feels thin but I felt no cold coming through the top of my head. The back of the hat goes down to your neck so you don't need to wear a scarf with the hat.
