Fits in the ear just like my previous in-ear headphones. I've used this primarily for the gym and it fits like any other. I would say it's worth it for the price and the buttons are lower than my old ones when I had to adjust them in my ear. I used it for phone calls and it picks up all the background noise at the gym like iron drops and weights. I once had an issue where it wouldn't turn on or connect to the phone and I had to turn it off and on again and then it worked so there was no problem. I would take it again for the price as I lost my last pair.
