What I like about it, what I like, what I don't like, what I hate

This pen is almost a dream come true. I accept kittens from 1 to 12 weeks. I've tried many, many different cases and when I saw this one I almost cried with joy. I love that it's transparent which allows me to see cute little furries frolicking around or getting into trouble. I like that it can be configured in many forms. The plastic is strong enough to withstand multiple kittens jumping or rolling at once. Space requirements constantly fluctuate with the number of kittens and their age, so the versatility of this enclosure is literally life-saving at times: I can adopt a litter of small kittens to be euthanized because I can make an extra "emergency" handle with this product . When the kittens are big enough to jump out of the enclosure I can double the height. It's easy to clean, which is an absolute must considering how many illnesses kittens have and how small they are. Serious. A sheer vinyl shower curtain or tablecloth makes a cheap and easy-to-clean rug (machine washable! Nothing easier than machine washable!) The sheer walls and floor allow even the largest configuration to fit into my living room - something handles don't can be metal or light colored fabric. My only complaint is that this thing collapses like a house of cards if you don't use zip ties. My 1.5 lb shorty can easily take each panel out of each slot leaving a gap big enough for my adult cats to get in and eat kitten food. Blocked panels do not help. Connectors should wrap around the corners of the wires, not just guide them in place. The sides of the connector should be slightly rounded so that insertion and removal of the panels can be done with little effort and a slight click can be heard during insertion and removal. Yes, zippers stabilize the panels, but when you change the configuration as often as I do, they give me a headache and annoy me for having to buy more. In order to use this type of product, you do not need to buy accessories all the time. Unfortunately, tie down straps are absolutely and 100% required both at the top and bottom of the panels to prevent the handle from breaking through. If the connectors were improved to eliminate the need for cable ties, this product would get more than 5 stars. but as one of my all-time favorite Revain purchases.
