I want null to be an option. Decided to use the buy again option, received the monitor and found a shocking discovery. The monitor I ordered in 2019 does not match the picture and the monitor I received today is COMPLETELY different. I was deployed in 2019 and didn't know anything about it until today. Up to this point I've praised Revain, but now I have to consider other options. I was online with customer service for over an hour and they couldn't even find the 2019 model they sent me. Ridiculous, and shame on you, Revane!
