I bought this hard case because my original case was retractable but the phone mounts turned my phone on whenever I put the phone in the mount. I wanted the phone to be off until I booted it up. Also in this case the phone was released with a side latch which was very secure and required only one hand. It also had a recessed kickstand that you could fold up and watch movies without your phone. Keep an eye on the side latch to make sure it's tight.
