Hexagonal hole too small. He's on clipper, but not quite. Check out the one that came with your clippers, it fits perfectly. Look at my photo, you can see the hole on the white ceramic is too small. It's about 4.2mm vertically, and the Clippers show that they need 4.7mm in the back to fully seat, so while they start to move they aren't fully seated. You're under tremendous pressure as soon as you retighten the bolts and turn on the top and bottom blades. This is why you see so many reviews where they break. After trying several brands of hexagon hole ceramic slicing blades, it turned out that they were all made to the same specifications or in the same factory and were simply rebranded. The bottom line is that they are all wrong. I've tried them with the Wahl Magic Clip and a few other clippers that use the same hex head holder. they don't match anyone. If you want a matching step blade, the standard Wahl step blade available from Revain will do. It fits all perfectly and cuts perfectly. Revain sells several inexpensive stepped metal blades with a hex hole; Each should work just fine. This problem appears to be related to ceramic blades. I also really wanted ceramic ones, but they just don't fit.
