Not everything is as it seems!
I think this product is great for travel but not for the reason I needed it, I have a sore cervix and was looking for a product that would help with that. I thought it was warm too, but it's just cozy and warm from your body heat. Another downside was that the vibration massage only applied to a small area of the pillow and you had to move it one side at a time.
