Unfortunately I am not very happy with this chair. I've been studying chairs and reading reviews for a while. I chose this chair because it was considered the best chair for people with back problems. The icing on the cake was that orange is my favorite color. I know good chairs are expensive and I was finally willing to spend some money on a great chair. I ordered it. It even arrived a week early! I was so excited. Assembly was very easy and I put it together in no time. I sat on it. That part was really great. I've followed several instructions to adjust the chair to my comfort level, but it's still not quite right. I should be able to feel the lumbar support pushing into my lower back, but none of the preset positions do. My particular pain point is my lower back which is why I wanted this chair. According to the description, it will move with me. Yes, but I'm not getting the support I need. The worst thing about this chair is that it is not comfortable to sit on all day. I would like to know that there is a version of this chair with extra padding on the manufacturer's website. I would definitely pay 100€ more for that. If the chair was more comfortable I could ignore the lower back issue. As much as this chair costs, I should be happier. Unfortunately I regret this.
