DEFINITELY NOT GRAY
Overall I love this duvet cover. The fabric is very soft and cozy BUT the color is nowhere near slate grey. Anyway, it's dark blue. In addition, the fabric has a slight brown tinge in some places. Not a big deal, but it's there. I think this is fair for the price considering how comfortable it is.
