It consists of 43% viscose or bamboo, 56.4% polyester and 0.6% lycra. The material used is breathable and keeps you cool at night, so you sleep better at night. This cover has a zip to keep your pillow in place and you can even zip the closed position by orienting the tab down. The washing instructions say wash in cold water and dry on low heat. It is made in the USA in Southern California. I've been using this pillowcase along with the Snuggle Pedic pillow for about two months now and I've had one of the best sleeps I've had in years! This cover fits my pillow perfectly and still doesn't leave stains. The tailoring looks very nice, take your time. I could even sleep on this pillowcase without a pillowcase if I wanted to, but I put a pillowcase over it anyway to keep the pillowcase in the best possible condition. Just touching the case feels cool and it feels like a quality product. Please note that the case comes with a zip, so you need to unlock it by lifting the pull tab.
