Touchscreen cannot be used with this screen protector

I have used many Surface Pro 4, 5 and 6 screen protectors. When I received my Surface Book 3 I tested the Megoo screen protector and despite using it I was very disappointed for the Surface Pro before. I ended up uninstalling it and buying this Surface Book 3 screen protector from Spigen. While I love the Spigen brand and own many of their products, from screen protectors to watch cases to phone cases, this Surface Book 3 screen protector is pretty much useless. You cannot use the touch screen when the protector is installed. Why? Because once installed, it doesn't respond to touch at all. The installation was perfect, smooth and perfectly clean with no bubbles. However, the Surface Book 3 no longer responds to finger touches. After a few weeks of troubleshooting, I removed the protective film and after removing the protective film, the touchscreen worked perfectly again. Something about this design is totally wrong because I've never had a screen protector that caused such destructive use of a touchscreen. I will continue to use other Spigen products, but for Surface Book 3 screen protectors, I can't recommend you this route. If you don't want to use the touchscreen, in this case, do it! But this is a Surface device and one of the main reasons to buy it is the touchscreen functionality, which Microsoft has done amazingly well with the touch interface and the touchscreen system's usability. So breaking this feature is unacceptable for a screen protector and unfortunately it took me too long to request a return of the screen protector, otherwise I would initiate a return and purchase another product that does not change the functionality of the touchscreen. .
