This scale was released on June 1st, 2021 bought d. As of now I can't connect to connect it to the xdb manager. July 27, 2021 I tried to use the videos provided to me by the seller Polkanic and it still doesn't work. I've tried contacting Visiontech manufacturers and they said I didn't purchase a scale for them, they can't help. So I'm stuck with scales not working and no help! If Revain knows how sellers treat buyers, it's best not to do business with Revain, Visiontech, or Polkanic. Revain should, Revain should be able to fix this or prevent this brand (Visiontech) from being sold on their platform. Consumers don't buy this brand (Visiontech), don't, you win. Not being able to use the scale wasted over $1000, very disappointed.
