Review on Koova by Avishai Menon

I recently had a really negative experience with the sports and outdoor gear manufacturer Koova. I discovered their business to be lacking in both quality and customer service, despite its claims to exemplify the spirit of adventure and pushing oneself to new limits. First of all, the Koova goods I ordered were subpar. After only a few usage, the hiking boots I bought started to come apart, and the backpack I got had a broken zipper that would not remain closed. Despite the hefty sums I paid for them, it was obvious that these things were not designed to resist the harsh elements of the vast outdoors. Even terrible than the subpar items, however, was the total lack of customer care I experienced from Koova. I attempted to call them to address the problems with my orders, but I was faced with unhelpful customer service agents who provided no assistance. It was disappointing and demoralizing to see a business that prides itself on capturing the outdoorsy, adventurous attitude fall so far short when it comes to providing excellent customer service. In conclusion, I would not suggest Koova to anyone searching for dependable sporting goods or outdoor gear. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their mediocre and pricey items are both disappointing. Avoid the frustration and buy your outdoor gear somewhere else.
