I like that it is very easy to use for my staff members who need help with their time off requests or payroll issues as well which can get complicated at times when you have multiple departments working together.

It would be nice if they had more modules so we could do other things such as employee training but this isn't an issue in our office currently because of how much work gets done using just payroll alone. We are able to solve all problems related to Paychecks, Time Off Request approvals etc without waiting days after submitting something via email only being approved by management later down the road (we used another system).
