The most important thing is that this platform can be used for all types of business. And it also supports all CRM softwares. It has all features from basic to advanced level. It provides best support for large companies. I think it's a good product with many different uses. I have no issues with this software. It is one of the best platforms which I use for my work. But the price could be less expensive. If you want to do work in the field of Sales, then it's perfect for you. We are using it for our sales process management purpose. The UI is simple, easy to use with all required features available in one place! Reporting could be improved but it's ok as well. We are solving our customer retention problem using this solution for almost 2 years now without any issues at hand. It has been extremely successful so far. I would say that there needs some improvement around reporting end user experience/features (at least within version 10).
