I actually started with less than one star because the soft genuine leather strap was anything but soft. I wrote to the company that leather cord was useless to me because I couldn't tie a knot tight enough to use on a slipknot necklace. I ask if they have dyed lace which is always softer, brown or white pearls. They said they would. I have it and it works much better. I really appreciate the company's efforts to get it right.
