The ease of use for our staff, it's affordable price points compared to other software packages out there. Also, you have access to an online tutorial which helps new users get started quickly as well as having support available via live chat or phone calls if needed (which we've never had). There are some things I dislike about intellitracer but they aren't enough to make me want to switch over from another package. If your looking for something easy to train people on while also saving money this may be what you're after! We were able to easily train our team on how to utilize the program without any issues. Our organization was able to save approximately $10k/year by using intellitrace instead of GIS services like ArcGis Online.
