Reliable product but incorrect dimensions advertised
Reliable product but no sizes advertised. It doesn't fit in my shower room because the cleats in that area aren't the usual 16 inch. What you need for them to be poorly advertised is this: the rough hole should be at least 14 3/8 x 22.3/8 x 3 3/4 to fit in the widest part of the recessed insert. Actual external dimensions (including flange) are actually 17 5/8 x 25 3/8 x 3 3/4. The interior cavity of the smallest area (its cone) is approximately 13 5/8 x 21 3/4. Unfortunately I will have to send it back.
