I've used glue fasteners and they work great, just don't remove them if you mess them up or you'll have to super glue them on. Glue is disposable. I set mine at 5 degrees and it held up well. I used store bought rubbing alcohol to rub the rust because the cloth that came with it is quite small. The case fabric is otherwise quite thick and the screen looks ok, but I never use it. I wouldn't use it below 30 degrees though. That's an exaggeration, the warmer it is outside, the more the engine should be cooled.
