The best part is that it's free. I was looking for something simple to help me automate my work day. It's not perfect but it gets the job done! You can create your own apps and use them anywhere you want. There are some quirks with the UI (not really an issue for me) but this is still better than having to manually log into each system I need to use daily throughout the week. Automating some things has saved me so much time. This doesn't solve all of our needs, which is why we have other products. However, it's been great at what it does.
