Since starting my foray into Linux territory, I've never had so many problems with a simple hardware installation! Which turned out to be impossible! The control buttons on this monitor are terrible, I don't think mine worked as no information is displayed when pressed and it takes a lot of effort to simply turn the monitor on and off! This is unfortunate because the monitor looks physically beautiful. The problem I have with this monitor is that there are vague instructions and insufficient support! I set up the monitor as instructed and hit a brick wall when I only got a test sample. (That's when I tried the buttons) Looked up troubleshooting - nothing, email support - nothing, Hyundaiq online help - no!, called 800 - negative! There is no help or support! Also, as I need to return this monitor, I agree to "Follow the Returns Policy". I have to pay to return the item plus a 15% restocking fee! If I sent it back for no reason, that's ok! I'm coming back because it just doesn't work!
