I had to buy another mask after the one I bought last year came apart at the seams. My main decision in purchasing this particular set was that the edges are sewn rather than glued (as my others fell apart). so the stitched edges feel really strong, a definite plus! The eyelids are truly 3D and don't touch my lashes at all. and due to the design providing extra coverage around the nose (see image) no light penetrates at all unlike my others where I had to constantly pull them down to block out the light. They really and completely block the light! The ad states that the silicone lining around the band helps keep your hair from snagging, but if you need to adjust the band, the Velcro will be exposed and tug on your hair. The quality of this mask is soft and comfortable to wear. I'm glad I bought them!
