Okay I just ordered the third one. I ordered the medium, I wear 32DDD (Victoria's secret brand) and it fits perfectly/snugly (if I choose the 3rd hook set from the end). It has 4 sets of hooks but that would be too tight for me. It's more like a real bra without the discomfort of an underwired bra. I confess during COVID I sometimes wear this all day while working from home. This bra is great because it allows you to increase your cup size and fits snugly on a size 32 strap. This has always been my problem when buying sports bras: they either fit the cup size and not the breast size, or vice versa.
