Short chain: toilet flaps

we just installed that. The chain on this key was much shorter than the chain on the original key. We actually had to use pliers to change the old chain to the new clasp. So far it works great but the need to switch circuits was very annoying. It's easy to shorten a chain that's too long, but you can't stretch a chain that's too short.
